Primary COLORS™ is a product of Colornetrix, LLC and is associated with That’s EnterTRAINment!, a training and consulting company based in Dallas, Texas.
Our Originator, Tim Salladay, B.A., M-Div., has been in the training and consulting industry since 1987. Devoting the first fifteen years of his career to an emphasis on the “behavioral styles,” Tim grew to understand the intricacies and nuances that then compelled him to formulate Primary COLORS™.
Blending his experience, pastoral care emphasis and his Master’s of Divinity degree has resulted in new insights. After nearly 20 years as an entrepreneur, Mr. Salladay’s experience is applying thosee insights to personal assessment and organizational development. There is also a special emphasis on sales training and management competency applications.
